CONSENT #42 Councilmembe~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: : RESOLUTION #94-09- RESOLUTIO~ RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMI~NT PROJECT #94-22 (THE EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER, STORM SE~i~ER, WATERMAIN, AND STREET RESTORATION TO SERVICE TIlE EASTERN 700 FEET OF 150TIt LANE N.W. IN PONDVALE ESTATES 2ND ADDITI[)N) WltEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of August 22, 1994, to preparela feasibility study for the said improvement project; and WHERI~AS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on September 27, 1994, which indicates the following: Estimate{ total cost of project $96,21 () Estimate( total assessment $ 9,708 Estimated assessment per unit ten (10) ;year term $ 1,241 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY,~:ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the l~amsey City Council will consider the said improvements in accordance with the report anal the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey Git3, Code Section 4.~0 at an estimated total cost of $96,210. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 25th day of October 1 ~994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City ~dministrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
