CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />KRS INVESTMENTS, INC./GAMETIME SPORTS PARK <br /> PIN 29-32.25-14-0005 <br /> <br />On October 11, 1994, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to KRS <br />Investments, Inc. to construct a 238 square foot expansion to the concession and storage building <br />("Structure") on the property general}y known as 14622 Ferrety Street N.W. and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot t, Block 1, HY-10 Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />The ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with Drawing Nos. <br />A2.1 and A3.1 prepared by LHB Engineers & Architects dated September I3, 1994. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan submitted by the Permittee. Said Site Plan consists of Drawing No. Al.1 <br />prepared by LHB Engineers & Architects dated September 10, 1994. <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Structure shall be designed so as to deflect <br />light away from Ferret Street N.W. and U.S. Hwy. #10. <br /> <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT AND CERTIFICATE OF <br />OCCUPANCY. No building permit or certificate of occupancy for the site will be issued <br />until: 1) the Permittee has signed and returned this Development Permit; 2) the Permittee <br />has reimbursed the City for all expenses incurred in approval of the site plan. <br /> <br />KRS Investments, Inc., hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit and that they have reviewed <br />the conditions of this permit and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of this permit <br /> <br />BV.' <br /> <br /> Ralph S.
