This is expected to increase to 1,132 in
1995 and 1,312 in 1996. The water system was first developed in 1984. It currently includes one
elevated storage tank located at Dysprosium Street N.W. and County Road #5. It currently has
two wells both located at 142nd Avenue N.W. and Xkimo Street N.W. The system operated
within pumping capacity through 1993. In 1994, due to rapid customer growth, the City provided
for a permanent connection to the Anoka system constructed for peak and emergency use [at T.H.
10 at the Anoka/Ramsey border]. A temporary connection is also available at T.H. 47 and C.R.
116.

The above allows for delays in construction of additional wells and towers to the 1997/1998 time
frame. Utility construction prior to that time will include extensions due to collector roadway
construction and looping of the system to avoid long single source water mains.

Project 5'ear Funding

Sunwood Drive Utilities
Krypton Street N,W. to I995
County Road #57
County Road #57 to County 1999
Road #116

AEC Utility Extension

1995

Ramsey Elementary Extension 1995

Uranium Extension
County Road #1 t6 to 1995
McKinley Sn'eet N.W.

T.H. 47 Water Looping

Well #3

Well #4

Tower #2

1995
1996

1997

1998

1998

$ 180,900- TIF

$ 110,000- WAC

$1,240,370 - TIF
$ 500,000- SAC/WAC

$ 550,000 - Assessment

$ 148,000- TIF

100,000-WAC
$ 122,500-WAC

$ 400,000 -

$ 400,000-WAC

$1,750,000 - WAC

$5,501,770
