EPORT ON SECTION #22 DRAINAGE PROJECT <br /> By: Steven Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The above prd)ect was discussed at the October ! 1, 1994 Council meeting. Since that <br />meeting, perrr~t applications have been submitted (October 18, 1994) to the Department of <br />Natural ResoOrces, Army Corps of Engineers and the Lower Rum River Water <br />Management Organization, for the basic project described at the October 11, 1994 Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />An exhibit is b~ing prepared by the surveyor illusu'ating the location for the proposed ditch <br />which has beeA marked in the field along with a draft of the easement plat which will be <br />utilized to acqq~re the necessary property fights. Landowners will be contacted and given <br />an opportunity ~o propose adjustments to this alignment before the plat is finalized. Letters <br />will be sent t0laffected property owners after receipt of the materials from the surveyor <br />which is anticiOated by Ffiday, October 21, 1994. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />No action requi~red.
