CASE # <br /> REVI~EW OF THE SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> By: Jessie Hart, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: ~ <br /> <br />Attached is the S~hedule of Rates, Fees and Charges which includes the adopted 1994 and the changes <br />for which the prctposed 1995 schedule is arrived at. <br /> <br />Included in the '~Proposed Changes" column are changes that were recommended by various staff. <br />These recomme4dations included increases, decreases and the addition of new charges in several <br />areas. <br /> <br />The following st/~nmary goes through each section and highlights the various recommendations. As <br />indicated in the s[,pecial notes column, some of the recommendations ma3, need to first be addressed <br />through ordinanc~ amendments and revisions.
