Councilmember i RESOLUTION:~ APPROVING IMPROVEME~/T PROJECT INTERCONNI!ICT) WHEREAS, 1994; and introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-10- PARTIAL PAYMENT TO W. B. MILLER, INC. FOR #94-17 (THE RAMSEY-ANOKA WATER SYSTEM the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on Ma), 24, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to W. B. Miller, Ibc. for the Ramsey-Anoka Water System Interconnect, Improvement Project #94- 17; m~d WHEREAS, City Engineer Steven Jankowski has inspected the completed work and recommends parti~ payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $3,800.00. NOW THEREF~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ci~ty Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. for the Ramsey- Anoka W~ter System Interconnect, Improvement Project #94-17, in the amount of $3,800.00.! 2) That the C~ty Council hereby accepts the completed work and authorizes the Mayor or City Administra[or to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for {he month of October, 1994. 4) That the ci!Y of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
