Frolik, Zoning Administrator and Jessie Hart, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Attached is an al~plication for renewal of a pawn shop license and a memorandum prepared by <br />Sylvia Frolik, Zoning Administrator, in regards to the application for renewal of the pawn shop <br />license for Ralph'~ Gun and Pawn Shop located at 6101 Highway #10 N.W. <br /> <br />In brief summary,ithe memorandum details the events that have and have not taken place in regards <br />to site improvem{nts that were to have occurred at 6101 Highway #10 N.W., when Ralph's Gun <br />and Pawn Shop reOocated to the site. There was to have been a financial guarantee in the amount of <br />$4,500 supplied td~ the City, for which Mr. Nissan requested that the renewal of his license be held <br />as collateral in lie~ of the $4,500. <br /> <br />Mr. Ralph Nissen{has continued to disregard requirements and deadlines set forth by City Staff in <br />conjunction with t4he installation of the site improvements, all of which are outlined in the attached <br />memorandum.
