Background: <br /> <br />GOVERNMENT INNOVATION GRANT <br />By: Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />CASE # <br /> <br />The Cities of~Anoka and Ramsey recently submitted a pre-application to the Minnesota <br />Board of GoVernment Innovation and Cooperation. The submittal received 58 out of a <br />possible 70 tboints. This is high enough to warrant a full application for funding <br />consideration.[ <br /> <br />The request is~ for approximately $20,000 to study the ability of the two cities to construct <br />and operate afjoint water, sewer and storm drainage system in the two industrial parks. <br />The pre-appli4ation, which is attached, goes into this in somewhat greater detail. <br /> <br />The request M this point is for adoption of the attached resolution authorizing submittal of <br />the full applic~ttion. <br /> <br />Committee bction: <br /> <br />Motion to rec6mmend that City Council adopt the resolution authorizing the Innovation and <br />Cooperation f~nding request. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Officer <br /> <br />FC: 10/25/94 <br /> <br /> <br />
