PUBLIC HEARING <br />6.01: Public Hearing to Consider Request of Wells Catering, Inc. d /b /a/ Wells Catering <br />for Liquor License at 7533 Sunwood Drive <br />Presentation <br />City Attorney Goodrich reviewed the staff report. <br />Public Hearing <br />Mayor Ramsey closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:10 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br />Citizen Input <br />Mayor Ramsey called the public hearing to order at 7:10 p.m. <br />There was no citizen input. <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to close the public <br />hearing at 7:10 p.m. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Wise, McGlone, Backous, Elvig, <br />Strommen, and Tossey. Voting No: None. <br />Council Business <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:10 p.m. <br />Councilmember McGlone inquired how they are serving alcohol now. City Attorney Goodrich <br />said Wells Catering has a caterer's license, which allows them to serve alcohol at various <br />locations. <br />Motion by Councilmember Backous, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to approve an On- <br />Sale and Sunday Sales Liquor License for Wells Catering, Inc. d/b /a/ Wells Catering at 7533 <br />Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Further discussion: None. <br />Motion carried.
