RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />CONSENT AND JOINDER BY MORTGAGEE <br />The undersigned (the "Mortgagee") is a Mortgagee of portions of real property <br />described in the Master Declaration of Ramsey Town Center ("the Declaration") by a certain <br />Mortgage recorded in the Office of the Anoka, County Recorder and the Anoka County <br />Registrar of Titles (the "Mortgage").
