HRA Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 10/11/2011 <br />By: Darren Lazan, Housing & <br />Redevelopment Authority <br />5. 0. <br />Title: <br />Consider offer to Purchase Land - Sunwood Drive and Ramsey Boulevard (Portions may be closed to the public) <br />Background: <br />The development team has received an offer to purchase approximately one acre of land at the southwest corner of <br />Sunwood Drive and Ramsey Boulevard.
