PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />• • <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITYOF RAMSEY <br />ANOICA COUNTY <br />STATE OP MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of <br />Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a pub- <br />lic hearing on Monday, November 6, 2000 at <br />7:00 p.m. meeting at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a <br />request from Stephen and Pamela Upton for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to maintain two <br />dwellings on the property generally located at <br />16101 Ramsey Boulevard NW and legally <br />described as follows: <br />South 138.4 feet of West 825 feet of <br />Southwest quarter of Northeast quar- <br />ter Section 15.32-25 as measured along <br />West and South lines thereof excluding <br />road subject to easement of record. <br />Air interested persons are invited to attend <br />the hearing and comment on the proposed <br />conditional use permit. The City of Ramsey <br />complies with the Americans With Disabilities <br />Act and upon advance request, information <br />will be provided in an alternative form and <br />interpreters will be available, Any person with <br />such a request should contact Community <br />Development Secretary (oAnn Shaw at 427- <br />1410 by noon on Wednesday, November 1, <br />2000.
