Upon reviewing Loving Care Senior Services and Don Kveton's <br />:-retliiest ,for a condilforia1,,use permit to maintain two dwellings on a parcel, the City Council <br />stated that applications fof two 4'wellings on a property should be viewed as a means to remedy a <br />unique or'already existin'situation. The Council does not intend to set a precedent in allowing <br />two dwellin S.7On a parcc: lien new construction is required.
