INTRODUCTIONS <br /> COMMISSIONBOARD BUSINESS <br /> Case #1: Discuss EPB's 2011 -2012 Work Plan and its Relation to the City's Zoning <br /> and Subdivision Ordinances <br /> Associate Planner/Environmental Coordinator Anderson presented the Staff Report and EPB <br /> work plan. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding zoning standards and potential amendments. <br /> Commissioners and Members listed the following as potential zoning amendments: <br /> • Points based system <br /> • Setback flexibility <br /> • Utility company regulations <br /> • Parking lot standards <br /> COMMISSION /STAFF INPUT <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Commissioner Dunaway, seconded by Commissioner Bauer, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Dunaway, Bauer, Brauer, <br /> Field, and Schiller, Members Benz, Enstrom and Stodola. Voting No: None.
