The housing goals that relate to this proposal include: <br />• Increase the quality and value of the existing single family and multifamily housing units <br />in the City of Anoka. <br />• To diversify the housing stock, promote home ownership among all housing types and <br />provide housing options to attract young buyers and families <br />• To provide opportunities for older residents to remain living in the City. <br />• Analyze neighborhood utilities, transportation networks, buffers between different zoning <br />districts and building trends, including new construction and alterations. <br />
