You are required to enter into a Development Agreement with the City for all Major and Minor Plats. A <br />boilerplate agreement is available at www.citvoframsev.com. You are responsible for downloading a <br />copy of this boilerplate agreement prior to review by the Planning Commission and City Council as to <br />legal form. A final version of the Development Agreement will be made available prior to review by the <br />City Council.
