You are required to enter into a Development Permit with the City for all Site Plan reviews. A boilerplate <br />permit is available at www.citvoframsev.com. You are responsible for downloading a copy of this <br />boilerplate permit prior to review by the Planning Commission and City Council as to legal form. A final <br />version of the Development Permit will be made available prior to review by the City Council.
