Grading Fees (City Code Sec. 16 -179) <br />Grading fees will be based on area disturbed and volume disturbed. Volume disturbed includes fill hauled into the site or <br />excavated material within permit area or combination of both. The fee collected will be the <br />difference between the revised total permit costs and the original fee amount. <br />
