PAUL, MINNESOTA <br />October 24, 2011 <br />The following sites are currently being used by MARA for Amateur Radio repeater equipment: <br />Site name - White Bear Lake Water tank — City of White Bear Lake <br />First lease established — 1972. Our radio equipment has been at this site continuously for the last <br />39 years. <br />Access — We currently share part of the Verizon Cellular building that was installed at the site in <br />1994. We have been in a part of this building since it was constructed. We have our own door to <br />our section of the building, We have key to the building and to fence gate at site with 24 hour <br />per day access <br />Site use Payment - None, We have our own NSP electric meter at the site and get backup AC <br />power from the Verizon generator at the site.. <br />Other users at site — City police radio voting receiver (shares building space with us), Clearwire, <br />Cell site operators (Verizon, Sprint, T- Mobile, AT &T), Nextel. <br />Site name - On Hilltop location at Marthaler Park — City of West St. Paul <br />First lease established — 1981. Our radio equipment has been at this site continuously for the last <br />30 years <br />Access — Radio equipment mounted on light pole on top of the hilltop in the public park. We <br />have access to pole 24 hours per day. <br />Other users at site — City outdoor warning siren using radio for control on a wood pole at same <br />site <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
