BIDDER agrees that the Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph <br />14.07.B.1 of the General Conditions on or before the dates indicated in the Agreement. <br />BIDDER accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to liquidated damages in the event of failure to complete <br />the work on time. <br />6.
