B. The documents listed in Paragraph 9.01.A are attached to this Agreement (except as expressly noted <br />otherwise above). <br />C. There are no Contract Documents other than those listed above in this Article 9. <br />C. The Contract Documents may only be amended, modified, or supplemented as provided in Article 3 of the <br />General Conditions. <br />ARTICLE 10 — WORKER'S COMPENSATION <br />10.01 The Contractor shall obtain and maintain for the duration of this Contract, statutory Worker's Compensation <br />Insurance and Employer's Liability Insurance as required under the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />ARTICLE 11— COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY <br />11.01 Contractor shall obtain the following minimum insurance coverage and maintain at all it at all times <br />throughout the life of the Contract, with the City included as an additional name insured. The Contractor <br />shall furnish the City a certificate of insurance satisfactory to the City evidencing the required coverage: <br />Bodily Injury: $1,000,000 each occurrence <br />$1,000,000 aggregate products and completed operations <br />Property Damage: $1,000,000 each occurrence <br />$1,000,000 aggregate <br />Contractual Liability (identifying the contract) <br />Bodily Injury: $1,000,000 each occurrence <br />Property Damage: $1,000,000 each occurrence <br />$1,000,000 aggregate <br />Personal Injury, with Employment Exclusion deleted: <br />$1,000,000 aggregate <br />Comprehensive Automobile Liability (owned, non - owned, hired): <br />Bodily Injury: $1,000,000 each occurrence <br />$1,000,000 each accident <br />Property Damage: $1,000,000 each occurrence <br />Worker's Compensation Insurance STATUTORY <br />ARTICLE 12 — INDEMNITY <br />The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold the City harmless from any claim made by third parties as a result of <br />the services performed by it. In addition, the Contractor shall reimburse the City for any cost of reasonable <br />attorney's fees it may incur as a result of such complaints. <br />
