B. The documents listed in Paragraph 9.01.A are attached to this Agreement (except as expressly noted otherwise above). C. There are no Contract Documents other than those listed above in this Article 9. C. The Contract Documents may only be amended, modified, or supplemented as provided in Article 3 of the General Conditions. ARTICLE 10 — WORKER'S COMPENSATION 10.01 The Contractor shall obtain and maintain for the duration of this Contract, statutory Worker's Compensation Insurance and Employer's Liability Insurance as required under the laws of the State of Minnesota. ARTICLE 11— COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY 11.01 Contractor shall obtain the following minimum insurance coverage and maintain at all it at all times throughout the life of the Contract, with the City included as an additional name insured. The Contractor shall furnish the City a certificate of insurance satisfactory to the City evidencing the required coverage: Bodily Injury: $1,000,000 each occurrence $1,000,000 aggregate products and completed operations Property Damage: $1,000,000 each occurrence $1,000,000 aggregate Contractual Liability (identifying the contract) Bodily Injury: $1,000,000 each occurrence Property Damage: $1,000,000 each occurrence $1,000,000 aggregate Personal Injury, with Employment Exclusion deleted: $1,000,000 aggregate Comprehensive Automobile Liability (owned, non - owned, hired): Bodily Injury: $1,000,000 each occurrence $1,000,000 each accident Property Damage: $1,000,000 each occurrence Worker's Compensation Insurance STATUTORY ARTICLE 12 — INDEMNITY The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold the City harmless from any claim made by third parties as a result of the services performed by it. In addition, the Contractor shall reimburse the City for any cost of reasonable attorney's fees it may incur as a result of such complaints.
