Councilmember Wise introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #11 -09 -154 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND AUTHORIZING <br />PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED DURING THE <br />PERIOD OF AUGUST 18, 2011 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 7, 2011. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of August 18, 2011, through September 7, <br />2011, in the amount of $908,161.28; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br />authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List <br />for the period August 18, 2011, through September 1, 2011, in the amount of <br />$908,161.28. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Ramsey, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Wise <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
