Councilmember Wise introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #11 -09 -158 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />WHEREAS, a 360 degree performance evaluation was completed for the City <br />Administrator for March 17, 2010 —July 15, 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, the at the City Council's request the evaluation period was extended <br />through July 2011 in order to allow new Councilmembers enough time to evaluate Mr. <br />Ulrich's performance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City <br />Administrator's performance in closed session on September 7, 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, it was the consensus of the City Council that Mr. Ulrich's <br />performance was satisfactory. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council accepts City Administrator Ulrich's performance evaluation for <br />2010 -2011 and determines his performance to be satisfactory during this period. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor <br />Ramsey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Wise <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
