SAC Handling Fee This fee is going to be reduced from $200 per $21,000 reduction, <br />address to $25 per address in 2012. Based on SAC Handling Fee <br />development scenario #1, that is a change from <br />$24,000 to $3,000. <br />Water /Sewer Staff would like to note that in the event that the Unknown change <br />Trunk city updates their sewer and water comprehensive <br />studies, it is likely these fees will drop. NOTE: <br />Ramsey was projected to have a population of <br />35,000 today in the study conducted in 2004. <br />Top Soil <br />Per council direction Ramsey has reduced the Unknown change <br />requirement of topsoil from 6 to 4 inches. <br />
