Capital Improvement Program <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Project # 06 -ACQ -002 <br />Project Name Acquire outlots "A" in Rivers Bluff and Reilly Est <br />Description <br />Along the Rum River in the central part of the city are separate outlots owned by two homeowners associations. Both are very attractive, wooded <br />parcels and connected to existing trail corridors.
