CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., and <br />led in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />Don Kjonass, President of Stepping Stone Emergency Housing, reported the statistics of <br />homelessness in Anoka County and described the services of Stepping Stones Emergency <br />Housing, and the organizations they work closely with. <br />Mayor Ramsey read a resolution proclaiming November Homelessness Awareness Month. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br />Jim Bendtsen, 14131 Junkite Street NW, asked a series of questions regarding the bus service. <br />He questioned how much the City is spending on bus subsidies, how many riders there are, the <br />cost per rider, and how many months this is being subsidized. <br />City Council / October 11, 2011 <br />Page 2 of 17 <br />
