For <br />context, 58 percent of the existing <br />housing stock is single-family <br />detached, so the goal recognizes <br />that demand for attached housing is <br />increasing relative to historic norms. <br />2010 marked a new high in the share <br />of net growth in single-family <br />• Target Range Units permitted Net growth housing, with 56 percent of the total <br />growth.
