I understand that upon the May 24, 1994 projected <br />closing, AEC in~ends to rapidly pursue a construction project; therefore, Ramsey Staff is actively <br />working on proposals to the City Council to ensure readiness for a 1995 utility extension. <br /> <br />Please review thc enclosed conceptual options for extension of utilities to your Ramsey facility. A <br />few issues will need to be addressed; Any thoughts you have are appreciated. <br /> <br /> · Potential roadway locations - we will want to locate utilities within the assumed right-of- <br /> ways <br /> · Water pr{ssure and Fire Flow requirements <br /> · Demand/hecessity for water main looping <br /> · Potential ~umre locations of a well or water storage tank in the vicinity <br /> <br />Doug, if you haye any thoughts or concerns on any of the above, the various options, or if you <br />have identified ai;lclitional concerns or options, please let me know.
