Board Member Deemer introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g93-09-172 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, James McChesney has properly applied for a variance to consn"uct an <br />accessory structure that will encroach on the C.S.A.H. #57 (Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W.) <br />thoroughfare and that will be nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the <br />property generally known as 15429 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Range 32, <br />Township 25 described as follows: Commencing at the northeast comer of said Southwest <br />Quarter of Northwest Quarter, then south on the cast line a distance of 510 feet, then west <br />and parallel to the north line of the Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter a distance e-.' <br />34'7 feet to the center of town road, then north 20 degrees east on the centerlme of saJ. <br />town road a distance of 54z~ feet to the north Line thereof, then east on the north line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter a distance of 165.2 feet to the place of <br />commencement (except that part platted as Anoka County Highway right-of-way No. 1 <br />recorded 7/16/74). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on September 7, 1993, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request to encroach on the 110 foot <br />thoroughfare setback for C.S.A.H. #57. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact g03~4, a variance to consmact a 25' × 30' accessoD, structure <br />that will encroach on the C.S.A.H. #57 thorough~m-e setback and ~ be nearer the front <br />property line than the principal structure is hereby granted. <br /> <br />The accessory, structure shall maintain a minimum distance of ninety (90) feet from the <br />centerline of C.S.A.I-L #57. <br /> <br />3.
