PIN 25-32-25-33-0006 On November 27~ 1990, a conditional use permit for a home occupation was issued to Steven and Kelly Haigh to oeerate a retail trophy/plaque business within a private dwelling in the R-1 Urban Resident/al DistriOt on the property generally known as 14151 Germanium Su-eet N.W. and legally described as follo~'s: Lot 4, BlO~ k 2, Flintwood Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota This permit is isseed pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.015I of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: The retail r:trophy/plaque business shall not be conducted in any building on the premises other thanlthe building which is used by the occupant as the private dwelling and no more than one (1) room, not to exceed 300 square feet, ma.',, be used for such purpose. No interior or exterior business sign shall be permitted. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment, materials, merchandise, inventoo, Or heavy equipment. Persons employed in the n-ophy/ptaque business shall be limited to those residing on the premises. 5. No exterior displays of the trophy/plaque business shall be permitted. 6. Hours of operation shall be limited to 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days a week.
