Councilmember <br /> <br />A RESOLU' <br />PERMIT FO <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION ~94-02- <br /> <br />7ION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />R A HOME OCCUPATION AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHERI~AS, Robert and Susan Bowman have properly applied for a conditional use <br />permit for a hom~ occupation to establish and operate an electronic automobile equipment repair <br />facility within th{ private dwelling on the property generally known as 14450 Bowers Drive N.W. <br />and legally des '.cri~ as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 32, BOWERS MISSISSIPPI ACRES, Anoka Count)', 5iinnesota <br /> <br /> (Subject :i:~perty); and <br /> WHERE~S, the Planning and Zoning Commission met on February l, 1994, conducted <br />the public heahn~ and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW T~ER,E, FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAlglSES, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based onFindings of Fact # , a conditional use permit (the "Permit") for a home <br /> occupafio~is hereby granted to Robert and Susan Bowman (the "Permit Holder") at 14450 <br /> Bowers Di'-ive N.W. for an electronic automobile equipment repair facility. <br /> <br /> Should th~ Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the permit shall be automatical.ly <br /> terminate~ except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br /> the same fl~:tdress, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect shall <br /> be given t~> the City Adrministrator and the City Council ma), authorize continuation of the <br /> permit url~out further hearing. <br /> <br />3. The area c~evoted to the home occupation shall not exceed 1,120 square feet of the private <br /> dwelling ,,g, hich includes the attached garage. <br /> <br /> Adequate ~ater supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility, of <br /> the PermitCHolder. <br /> <br /> Adequate 9fi-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. <br /> <br /> There shall no exterior or interior display of business signs. <br /> <br /> There shall be no exterior indications of [ne home occupation displayed. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Il.
