Councilmember McGlone introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #11 -12 -237 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2011 PAYABLE 2012, EDA TAX LEVY <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the following proposed levy for certified 2011, payable 2012, be levied upon the <br />taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the <br />following purposes: <br />RECOMMENDED EDA LEVY $ 169,853 <br />TOTAL PROPOSED LEVIES $ 169,853 <br />2) That the City Administrator /Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before Wednesday, December 28, <br />2011. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Strommen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />Councilmember Wise <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
