Councilmember _ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION #94-06. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT <br />FOR A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHERI~AS, Listul Industries, Inc. has properly applied for an interim use permit for a <br />temporary struct-tkre for the purposes of providing additional office space on the property generally <br />known as 6300 Ibdustry Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 30, except the west 169.41 feet thereof, also except <br /> road subject to easement of record, Anoka Count3,, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 6, 1994, conducted the public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on/:indings of Fact # , an interim use permit for a temporary structure is hereby <br /> granted tO the Listul Industries, inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder", at 6300 <br /> Industry Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />2. This permit shall terminate on June 30, 1995 <br /> <br />The size,I type of construction and placement of the temporary structure shall be..in <br />accordance with the one (1) sheet site plan dated 5/19/94 and the one (I) sheet strucnire <br />drawing d~ated 2/14/94. <br /> <br />The tempCrary structure shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire Code <br />regulations and standards for such structures. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for <br />obtaining lalt necessary permits, including a building permit, prior to moving the structure <br />onto the Croperty. Said building permit will not be issued until ail financial obligations <br />relating to.' this permit and the application escrow account have been safisified. <br /> <br />The Permit holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcingithis interim use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by <br />the City ahd failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit <br />the City tc} draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br /> <br />The City Administrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for complitrance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and ~pon vote being taken thereon, the folloWing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following ?voted against: <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
