Councilmember <br /> <br /> moved for the adoption of the following findings of fact: <br />RESOLUTION ~94-06. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO <br />A REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT F~A TEMPORARY <br />OFFICE STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS <br />6300 INiDUgTRY AVENUE N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Listul Industries, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly ~pplied for an Interim Use Permit for placement of a temporary office structure to <br />on the property generally known as 6300 Industry Avenue N.W. and legally described as <br />follows:r <br /> <br />Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 30, except the west 169.41 feet thereof, also <br />e~cept road subject to easement of record. <br /> <br /> NOw THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a <br />ptiblic hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on June 6, <br />1994 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of <br />smd public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />That the subject property is located in the Industrial District and is approximately <br />3.8 acres in size. <br /> <br />That the Applicant is proposing to place a 10' x 50' portable office structure on the <br />subject proper~y. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the purpose of the temporaD., structure is to <br />provide additional office space on the subject property until a new facility to house <br />Li!;tul Industries can be constructed in the City. <br /> <br />Tlmt utilization of temporary structures is not a permitted use in any zone in the City <br />of !Ramsey. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the temporary structure will be kept on the subject <br />property for approximamly one year to allow sufficient time to construct a larger <br />faoiliry in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Th,at the properties to the south, west and east are also zoned Industrial and the <br />property to the north is proposed to be reZoned to R-1 Urban Residential, R-3 <br />Urban Residential and B-1 Business. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporaD, structure will/wili not increase traffic to or from the <br />subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />
