Councilmember moved for the adoption of the following findings of fact: RESOLUTION ~94-06. A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT F~A TEMPORARY OFFICE STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 6300 INiDUgTRY AVENUE N.W. WHEREAS, Listul Industries, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly ~pplied for an Interim Use Permit for placement of a temporary office structure to on the property generally known as 6300 Industry Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows:r Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 30, except the west 169.41 feet thereof, also e~cept road subject to easement of record. NOw THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a ptiblic hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on June 6, 1994 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of smd public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. That the subject property is located in the Industrial District and is approximately 3.8 acres in size. That the Applicant is proposing to place a 10' x 50' portable office structure on the subject proper~y. That the Applicant has stated that the purpose of the temporaD., structure is to provide additional office space on the subject property until a new facility to house Li!;tul Industries can be constructed in the City. Tlmt utilization of temporary structures is not a permitted use in any zone in the City of !Ramsey. That the Applicant has stated that the temporary structure will be kept on the subject property for approximamly one year to allow sufficient time to construct a larger faoiliry in Ramsey. Th,at the properties to the south, west and east are also zoned Industrial and the property to the north is proposed to be reZoned to R-1 Urban Residential, R-3 Urban Residential and B-1 Business. That the proposed temporaD, structure will/wili not increase traffic to or from the subject property.
