<br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT
<br />FOR A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, City Wide Garage Door Company, Inc. has properly applied for an interim
<br />use permit for altempora%' structure for the purposes of temporarily replacing fire damaged office
<br />space on the property generally known as 6845 Highway #10 N.W. and legally described as
<br />follows:
<br />
<br />That pan of the East Half (E/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW/4),.of Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count>,, Minnesota, lying
<br />Northerly of U.S. Highways No. 10-52 and Southerly of Burlington Northern Inc.
<br />right-or-d, ay, now known as Lot Three (3), Auditor's Subdivision No. 31, described as
<br />follows:!

<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot Three (3), thence Southeasterly along the
