Forward final plat to Park Commission and Council. <br /> <br />Council suggested that you call the City of Maple Grove to see if <br />there is anything (complaints or violations) on file for Diane <br />Dempsey. <br /> <br />Final plat approval was granted to Sunfish Square. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer directed that you amend the figures for <br />Ramsey Options 4 thru 7 in the table comparing residential density <br />(page 37 of the agenda). <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Wood Pond Hills 4th <br />Addition. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the revised preliminary plat of Chestnut Hill and final plat <br />of Chestnut Hill 5th Addition as presented in the exhibit on page 6 <br />of the agenda, contingent upon compliance with City Staff review <br />letter dated June 29, 1994, and contingent upon the Park <br />Commission acting on this particular plat. Forward to Park <br />Commission and City Council. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - North Suburban Development Company Inc.'s <br />request for rezoning of Sunfish Square: The Planning Commission <br />approved 1-9, and directed Staff to amend the following: (10) <br />"That the proposed zoning amendment will not substantially <br />adversely impair the use or market value of any surrounding <br />property." (11) "That the proposed zoning amendment will <br />change the essential character of the area." The Planning <br />Commission voted to recommend that City Council adopt the <br />amended findings of fact relating to a request from North Suburban <br />Development Company, Inc. to rezone certain property from I- <br />Industrial to R-1 Single Family Residential, Multiple Residential <br />and B-2 Business. The Planning Commission voted to recommend <br />that City Council amend zoning of Sunfish Square. Forward to <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
