We offer the following comments: <br /> <br />1. Zoning; The subject property is zoned Residential and the Shooting Center is considered a <br /> lawful non-conforming commercial use. <br /> <br />2. Parcel $iz¢: The subject property is 80 acres in size. <br /> <br />3. bOI Coverage. Setbacks and Draihaee: In lieu of the fact that a 600 square foot storage <br /> building will be placed to the interior of an 80 acre parcel, the 35% lot coverage <br /> requirement, structure setbacks and drainage impacts are not issues of concern. <br /> <br />4. .Building Design an0 Mg~[¢rials: City Code requires the exterior facing of walls on <br /> commercial buildings be of materials that are 100% .other than metal. The structure to be <br /> moved onto the property is finished with standard lap siding and asphalt shingles. <br /> <br />5. Off Street Parking Spaces: The addition of the storage building to the shooting center will <br /> not create a need for additional off-street parking spaces. <br /> <br />6. Access to Faciti'a,: The storage building will be accessed from roads interior to the site. <br /> <br />7. Landscaping and Screening: No additional landscaping or screening is required. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center to consider your request for site plan approval.
