The developer has proposed to dedicate and construct a trail from the cul-de-sac extension of 1 $1 st <br />to 153rd Avenue N.W. The balance of the park dedication due will be satisfied by a cash payment. <br /> <br />It is anticipated that the property will be brought into the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) <br />boundary by the end of 1994 and the property immediately south of this property will be sewered <br />during 1995, In addition, the property is in the Urban Reserve Area and the intent of this District <br />is to provide for the most efficient utilization of land once municipal sewer and water become <br />available.
