Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION I~'94.10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO EXPAND AN OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL FACILITY IN THE <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, KRS lnvesments, Inc., has properly applied for a conditional use permit to <br />expand the outdoor recreational facility at 14622 Ferret Street N.W. in the Industrial District to <br />include a golf driving range on the property legMly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, HY-10 RAMSEY, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />That pan of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, <br />Range 25, lying northeasterly of T.H. #10 and #169, except road, subject to easement of <br />record (the "Subject Proeprty"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on October 4, 1994, conducted the public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a conddtional use permit to expand an outdoor recreational <br />facility in the Industrial District to include a golf driving range is hereby granted to KRS <br />Investments, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder", at 14622 Ferret Street N.W. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for providing a sufficient number of paved and <br />curbed employee/customer off-street parking spaces to accommodate all aspects of the <br />recreational facility. .-" <br /> <br />The City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br />compliance and safety purposes annually or at an>, time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The morion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramscy City Council this the __ <br />day of ,1994, <br /> <br /> <br />
