In addition, this S~c0on is <br />intended to pro,de a m~chamsm ~nabiin8 tM distinction b~twe~n permitted <br />home occupations and special or customarily "more sensitive" hom~ <br />occuy~tiona, so that permitted home occupations may b~ allowed through and <br />ad~mstrative process rather than a'legi~iutlv~ h~aring process. <br /> <br /> l}ca i.. This permit may be i~ued by <br /> thc Zoning Administrator or his agen~ based upon proof of compiianc~ <br /> the pro,st%ns of t~is Section. Application for th~ "permitted home <br /> occupation permit ~hall be accompanied by a fe~ as adopted by th~ Ci~ <br /> Council. If the AdministratOr demos a permitted bom~ occuEation permit <br /> lo an opplicam, ~e applicant may appeal thc decision to the Planning <br /> ' Commission. The Planning Commission shall make a recommendation to the <br /> Council, which shall make th~ final dec,Ion. Th~ permit shall remain tn <br /> force had e~ect until such time as thure has be~a a change in conditions . <br /> or ulltfl suoh time as the ~ro~sions ot this. Thc Planning Commission and CiF Council may <br /> impose such conditions on the ~anting of a special hom~ <br /> permit as may be necussaU to car~ out th~ purpose and provmons of <br /> thi~ S~ction, <br /> <br />~ofPe~k. A "special home occupation p~rmit" may be issued for a <br />pc;riod of one (1) year after which the permit rfiay be reissued for periods <br />of up to three (3) years each. Each application for permit renewal · <br />shall, however, be processed in accotclance wiLh the procedural <br />requiremenLs of the initial "special home occupation permit". <br /> <br /> <br />
