There shall be no partition, box, stall, s~een, curtain or other device which obstructs the view of an5, part of the room from the general observation of persons in the room, but pa_rtitions, subdivisions, or panels not higher than 48 inches from the floor shall not be considered obstructions. 7.$1.11 Clubs. No club shall sell beer except to Members and to guests in the company of members. 7.51.12 Restrictions on purchase and consumption. Subdivision 1. No minor shall misrepresent his age for the purpose of obtaining beer. The licensee or his employee shall not permit an.,,, minor to loiter or to remain in the room where non- intoxicating malt liquor is being sold or served unless accompanied by his parent or legal guardian. Subd. 2. No person shall induce a minor to purchase or prccure beer. Subd. 3. No person other than the parent or legal guardian shall procure beer for any minor. No minor shall consume any non- intoxicating malt liquor unless in the company of his parent or guardian. Subd. 4. No minor shall have been in his possession with the intent to consume ir at a place other than the household of his parent or guardian. Subd. 5. No person shall consume or display any intoxicating liquor on the premises of a licensee who is not also licensed to sell intoxicating liquors. 7.51.13 Certain persons excepted. A person who was born on or before Semember 1, 1967 ma.-,, continue to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages and shall be treated for purposes of this subsection as a person who is 21 .',,ears old.
