Incorporation of said statute herein is not <br />intended to effect the prosecution of this statute as a felon>, pursuant to <br />Subdivisions 2 and 3 of said MSA §617.246. <br /> <br />7.51.09 Closing hours. There shall be no partition, <br />box, stall, s~een, curtain or other device which obstructs the view of an5, part of the room <br />from the general observation of persons in the room, but pa_rtitions, subdivisions, or panels <br />not higher than 48 inches from the floor shall not be considered obstructions. <br /> <br />7.$1.11 Clubs. No club shall sell beer except to Members and to guests in the <br />company of members. <br /> <br />7.51.12 Restrictions on purchase and consumption. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. No minor shall misrepresent his age for the purpose <br />of obtaining beer. The licensee or his employee shall not permit an.,,, minor to loiter or to <br />remain in the room where non- intoxicating malt liquor is being sold or served unless <br />accompanied by his parent or legal guardian. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. No person shall induce a minor to purchase or prccure beer. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. No person other than the parent or legal guardian shall procure <br />beer for any minor. No minor shall consume any non- intoxicating malt liquor unless in <br />the company of his parent or guardian. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. No minor shall have been in his possession with the intent to <br />consume ir at a place other than the household of his parent or guardian. <br /> <br /> Subd. 5. No person shall consume or display any intoxicating liquor on <br />the premises of a licensee who is not also licensed to sell intoxicating liquors. <br /> <br />7.51.13 Certain persons excepted.
