§ 5.0(; Conduct in Public Parks <br /> <br />5.06.08 <br /> <br />5.0G.09 <br /> <br />Double-park an5' vehicle on any road or parkway unless directed <br />by a park official; <br /> <br />Pail tv use a maffler adequate to .deaden the sound of the engine <br />in a motor vehicle. <br /> <br />Bicycles, snowmobiles, -nd go-carts. No person in a park shall: <br /> <br />a. l~ide a bicycle, snowmobile or go-cart on other than a paved <br /> vebficular road or path or area designated for that purpose. A <br /> bicyclist shall be permitted to wheel or push a bicycle by hand over <br /> any grass>, area or wooded trai] or on any paved area reserved for <br /> pedestrian use; <br /> <br />b. l~ide a bicycle, snowmobile or go-cart other than on the right- <br /> hand side of the road paving as close as conditions permit, and <br /> they shall be kept in a single file when two or more are travelling <br /> as a group. They shall at ail times operate their machines <br /> reasonable regard to the safety of others, signal alt turns, pass to <br /> the left of any vehicle they are overtaking, and pass to the right of <br /> any vehicles they may be meel~ng; <br /> <br />c. Leave a bicycle in a place other than a bicycle rack when such is <br /> prox~ided and there is a space available; <br /> <br /> Leave a bicycle, snowmobile or go-cart lying on the ground or <br /> pa~ing, or set against trees, or in any place or position where <br /> other persons may ~rir, over or be injured by them; <br />e. ~tide a bicycle or snowmobile on any'road, path or area between 30 <br /> minutes after sunset and 30 m~nutes before sun.se ~dthout an <br /> attached headlight plainly visible at least 200 feet from the rear of <br /> such bicycle or snobnmobile; <br /> <br />f. Ride any other vehicles any place in the parks, except as may be <br /> desi~nated; pro~dded, however, that city maintenance equipment <br /> may be used, and ranger carts and re~stered golf carts may be <br /> used on the'golf course in accordance with re~m~lations for the golf <br /> course. <br /> <br />mud swimming.
