<br />We are in receipt of yom" proposed final plat for Nort_hfork H/ghla.nds Addition
<br />consisting of two sheets gated received by the City on Janum-y I3, 1994 and
<br />prepared by Bradley J. Canary Surveying. We offer the foliowing comments:

<br />General: The property, is zoned Planned Unit Development and is a phase
<br />of Northfork 5th Addition, which received preiimina..D' plat approval on
<br />May 22, !990, and consisted of 430 acres to be developed with 120
<br />residential lots and an 18 hole golf eom-se. The fixst phase of Northfork 5th
<br />Addition, No,winfork L/n_ks, consist~ of the golf course and ] 4 residential
<br />lots; Northfork Lir/r~s 2nd Addition platted 2 more residential lo.rs;
