o <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />POLICIES AND PROCEDURES <br />For Park/Facility Use <br /> <br />Permits are valid only for the date, time, and place specified on them and must be in the <br />users possession for verification. <br /> <br />All Ramsey City Parks must be vacated by 10:00 p.m. unless posted otherwise. <br /> <br />The Parks Department reserves the right to regulate and control the size of the group or <br />organization using the park facility. Also, the City may require the user to furnish a <br />certificate confirming liability insurance in the minimum amounts of $50,000 - $300,000 <br />bodily injury and $25,000 property. <br /> <br />All groups/organizations using park facilities shall provide an adult supervisor who shall <br />remain with the group during all activities and be responsible for the groups conformance <br />to ali rules, regulations and lx~licies. The supervisor mast be identified on the pe?mit. <br /> <br />When a key is needed for lights or entrance into a reserved facility, the applicant m~.y obtain <br />the key from City Hall. The permit will be authorization to secure said key. The key <br />CANNOT be transferred to another user, individual, or group under any circumstances. <br />tt MUST be returned to City Hall within two (2) business days of completion of the event. <br />Failure to do so will subject the permit holder to a fine in the amount of $2,5.00 and <br />forfeiture of the privilege to use a park facility until paid. <br /> <br />Structures and equipment shall not be altered or moved from one area to another unless <br />specifically authorized on the permit. Extra or unusual services for programs or activities <br />must be identified in the permit. <br /> <br />Ail permit holders are responsible for repaying, in full, an3, and al1 damages to any <br />equipment or facilities used during the rental period. The City will not be responsible for <br />losses of personal property by individuals or groups. <br /> <br />No motorized vehicles or machines are allowed in or upon an3, City park unless a permit <br />has been approved and issued by the Parks Department authorizing such and so displayed <br />on the vehicle(s) in clear sight of the Police Department. All other vehicles must park in <br />desi~tmated areas or roadway where specifically permitted. <br /> <br />Refunds will be given .0nly ff cancellation is made no less than two weeks prior to the <br />reserved date of the permit. <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to bill the permit holder(s) if the permit holder is insufficient in <br />cleaning up after their event or usage. <br /> <br />As a general rule: <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br /> <br />The use of glass containers is prohibited. <br />Clean up the premises and place litter in containers provided. <br />Shut off ali lights and lock up the facility upon completion of the event. <br />Users are required to remove ail non-City materials, equipment, and furnishings <br />upon completion of the permitted event. <br />The use of "alcohol" is not permitted at any CiD' facility urn)ess specifically <br />authorize& <br />Policies, procedures and fees are available upon request~ Additional rules and <br />regulations are also available upon request. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
