Case #1 <br /> <br />APPROVE THE LAWFUL GAMBLING FUND <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> By: Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the February 10) 1994 Park and Recreation Commission meeting the Commission conducted a <br />thorough review 9f the draft Lawful Gambling Fund Improvement Program. In addition, <br />Commissioners H~n and Johns submitted written revisions. The attached revised program is a <br />compilation of all Of the efforts to date. <br /> <br />It seems important[to acknowledge that the Commission expects to make periodic amendments as <br />unique situations ag~ encountered and potential flaws in the text emerge. The document that leaves <br />this meeting shoul~fl be actively distributed and promoted. There are several ways this will be <br />done.
