As you will recall, the cul-de-sac shown was once <br />proposed as a~through street to Sunwood Drive N.W. (Exhibit B). This was one factor the <br />Commission ~as apprised of as a possibility when reviewing the sketch plan of Sunview <br />Estates for pai;k dedication determination, ff the cul-de-sac progresses as proposed, it will <br />render Sunvi~w Estates, as proposed, unviable because of loss of road frontage adjacent to <br />the subject property. It will, however, allow the eventual extension of the Hunter's Hill <br />Park to Sunw0od Drive N.W. In addition, changes to Chesmut Hill 4th Addition extended <br />Tungsten StrSet north which allows for an eventual connection with Sunwood Drive N.W. <br />and this connection is only 700 feet east of that connection originally proposed in Chestnut <br />Hill. <br /> <br />P&R: 06/09194 <br />/jmt <br /> <br /> <br />
