The use of the permanent easements described on E>[hib~t herein shall be those uses generally permitted on multi-use trails in the CITY as established by the CITY from time to time but specifically excluding motorized vehicular uses. Fee title to that particular portion of the 75.00 foot wide permanent easement described on E×hLbit "E" above shall be conveyed to th~ CITY upon the replatting of any portion of Outlot C, Northfork if that particular portion of the said Plat abuts the easement described on Exhibi~ "~" NoTwithstanding the above, fee title to the said 75.00 foot wide easement described on Exhibit "E" shall be entirely conveyed to the CITY no later than July 1, 1992. 15. The CITY shall not allow the storage or parking of horse trailers or the unloading or loading of horses on any of the properties adjacent thereto by the terms of the AGREEMENT or the ADDENDLrM or conveyed to the CITY unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties hereto. 16. That prior to recording of any final plat for any portion of the Northfork PUD proper~y lying westerly of Andrie Street, the DEVELOPER shall pay to the CITY, the sum cf $500.00 per lot created within said plat. 17. In addition to the cash payment required by Paragraph 16 above for the Northfork PUD property lying westerly of Andrie Street, the DE\~LOPER and the CITY shall, on or before the platting of no more than 125 lots in entire Northfork PUD, determine the location of the two (2) one acre neighborhood parks required by Paragraph 5a of the AGREEMENT. %t is understood that such parks may be located in areas other than as indicated in the AGREEMENT 4 I I I I' I I I !
