The centerline of said easement is described as follows: Commehcing at the northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Kinnesota; thence easterly on an assumed bearing of South S9 degrees 46 minutes 27 seconds East, along the north line cf said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 1900.00 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence South 1 degree 30 minutes 04 seconds East a distance of 746.70 feet; thenc~ South 8 degrees 12 minutes 26 seconds East 525.38 feet; thence South 44 degrees 34 ~inutes 09 seconds East 940.48 feet;~thence South 4 degrees 03 minutes 24 seconds West 706.77 feet; thence South 19 degrees 41 minutes 55 seconds East 430.17 feet; thence South 84 degrees 59 minutes 13 seconds East r286.09 feet; thence South 43 degrees 11 minutes 56 seconds East 562.43 feet; thence South 77 degrees 50 minutes 42 seconds East 332.45 feet; ~hence South 29 degrees 16 minutes 56 seconds East 521.86 feet to the intersection with a line 30.00 feet westerly of and parallel with the east line of the west half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25; thence South 0 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds West along said parallel line, 1280.00 feet to the inter~ection with the south line of said Southwest Quarter of Section 27 and there te~--minating.
