PARK EXPANSION Upon completion of the fu'st two phases, the City will attempt to connect <br />this park to addit~nal neighborhoods by an off-roadway trail system. Most of the trail easement <br />between 168th. Avenue and County Road 63 currently exists. Some additional easement will need <br />to be purchased. '.~The intent is to provide safe passage for pedestrians and bicyclists to this park <br />along State highWay 47. <br /> <br />It is also proposed that this trail system be expanded to the west along Trott Brook to County Road <br />5. While also se~ing as a pedestrian access, this segment has the advantage of wetland, <br />watercourse and nature area views. <br /> <br />BUDGET: The Fox Ridge Park has a proposed CIP (Capital Improvement Projects) budget of <br />$65,500.
