A revised version, which included the
requests from the fire department, revisions to' the mower request and various
modificatibns to prices, was distributed on March 25, 1994 along with the balloting form.

Exhibit 2 - 1995 ~Q~apital Outlay Ballot Results (sorted in order of voting results)
The inforrgation received back on each ballot is summarized on this exhibit and has been
sorted by[order of results. These results indicate which items were most favored for
acquisitio~ in 1995 by the staff involved in the voting process. Indicated at the bottom of
this form ls the actual net funding during 1992, 1993 and budgeted 1994. Based on these
numbers, it should be assumed that the net funding for requests in 1995 will be limited to
$150,000 ko $200,000.

Exhibit 3 - 1995 ~(h: pital Outlay Ballot Results (sorted in same order as ballot)
This exhibit simply indicates the balloting results in the same order as the ballot was
prepared.

Exhibit 4 - 1994 Vehicle Utilization Report as of February 28, 1994
The info ation contained in this exhibit gives the mileage/hours year-to-date for 1994
comparedito actual maleage/hours for 1993 and 1992 for all rolhng stock. It also includes
the costs a~sociated for fuel and maintenance of each vehicle. The 1993 actual maintenance
costs, are. 8-hown for only the. public works rolling stock - due to the manner in which
anformanO, n was recorded ~n 1993 and prior years, it was not feasible to attempt to
accumulat~ this information historically. The manner in which we now record information
on the con~puter system allows retrieval by vehicle, thus resulting in a more comprehensive
vehicle uti!i~'zation report.
